    Urban Development Expert Discusses How Coral Gables Can Leverage Its Downtown

    WHAT: The Business Improvement District of Coral Gables (BID), in partnership with the University of Miami School of Architecture, invites you to join mixed-use expert, Rob Spanier, as he discusses how Coral Gables can leverage its downtown and continue to build a socially and economically thriving place now and for future generations.  Rob is the Senior Vice President of LiveWorkLearnPlay (LWLP), an international urban development and advisory firm with extensive experience in the planning and implementation of large-scale, mixed-use urban real estate developments. This event is part of the ongoing Downtown Coral Gables Overlay Study being conducted to set a definitive course to transform Downtown Coral Gables into a world-class destination.  Admission is free and open to the public at the Coral Gables Museum located at 285 Aragon Avenue.
