    Chef Mary Fenster celebrates the season with a true sign of spring – lamb! Learn how to prepare lamb skewers with olives,  mint and preserved lemons served over a brown butter and pine nut couscous. For dessert we will make almond stuffed dates. This class will also feature simple techniques behind preserving your own lemons and olives.

    Cost is $75. Classes are three hours long. Participation is limited to 14 students. Full payment is required to reserve your spot. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy.
