    The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce presents “Italian Cooking Show.” This 4-series cooking class with the closing Grand Finale event, has proven to be effective in promoting Italy’s authentic culinary tradition and genuine products.

    With Italy’s regional cuisines as the focus, each event will pit two top chefs from renowned local Italian restaurants competing against each other in a culinary battle before an attentive audience eager to learn the various cooking methods used in preparing some of Italy’s most distinctive dishes. After relishing the numerous specialties and accompanying wines selected for each recipe, the audience members will vote for their favorite dish.

    June 17
    July 15
    August 19
    September 16
    (Grand Finale)

    Costs: Cooking Class & Festival: $45 general admission-  $30 IACC Members/ Italian Food & Wine Festival (only): $10 general admission- Free for IACC Members.
