  • Interactive Cooking Class at Ortanique

    Don’t forget to sign up for the next monthly cooking class at Ortanique! The next class theme is “End of Summer Yummies.”Schedule: Classes begin at 11:30 am until approximately 2:30 pm. Classes limited to 24 people.
    Details: Guests will be teamed up in groups of 8 with a chef from our kitchen at each table to guide them through their lesson. Chef Cindy instructs the students on how to prepare her signature dishes & each table elects a head chef to prepare each course with a sous chefs at the table assisting in the prep and plating. Each course will be complimented with champagne or wine and taught the art of pairing wine and food & everyone will take home a gift along with a recipe booklet of what they prepared that day.
    Cost: $108 per person. (Includes Tax & Gratuity)

    HEIRLOOM TOMATO GAZPACHO
    Topped with an Avocado and Arugula Salad

    CRISPY BREADFRUIT FISH TACOS
    With Cumin & Coriander Sautéed Mahi-Mahi, Fresh Pica de Gallo, Avocado Salsa, Black Bean Coulis & Cilantro Crema
