  • Interactive Cooking Class at Ortanique

    Guests will be teamed up in groups of 8 with a chef from our kitchen at each table to guide them through their lesson.

    Class is limited to 24 perople. Chef Cindy instructs the students on how to prepare her signature dishes. Each table elects a head chef to prepare each course and the sous chefs at the table assists in the prep and plating. Each course will be complimented with champagne or wine and taught the art of pairing wine and food. Everyone will take home a gift along with a recipe booklet of what they prepared that day.

    Cost:
    $108 per person. (Includes Tax & Gratuity)

    MARINATED QUINOA SALAD
    With Squash, Zucchini, Ricotta Salata and Lemon Zest

    BACKYARD BBQ’D CHICKEN
    Fresh Citrus Brined Chicken with a Blackberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce

    SUMMER BERRY WONTON NAPOLEON
    Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries and a Lemoncello Custard with Basil Whip Cream
