    Join Ortanique on the Mile for their next interactive cooking & wine pairing class!  Learn how to make the cuisine from one of Coral Gables’ finest restaurants while you sip on the wines that compliment the courses! The next class is Saturday, July 14th at 11:30am and is All About Brunch! Guests will be teamed up in groups of 8 with a chef from the kitchen at each table to guide them through their lesson, and Chef Cindy will instruct the students on how to prepare her signature dishes. Each table elects a head chef to prepare each course and the sous chefs at the table assist in the prep and plating. Everyone will take home a gift along with a recipe booklet of what they prepared that day. The class is limited to 24 people & cost is $108 per person. To sign up, please email [email protected]

    Sundried Tomato, Applewood Smoked Bacon and English Cheddar Frittata Topped with Braised Certified Angus Beef Short Rib And a Sunny Side Up Quail Egg

    CINNAMON BUN BREAD PUDDING
    With Vanilla Ice Cream and Icing
