Join Us For the Inaugural Cork & Fork!

Carnaval on the Mile is almost here! And with this year’s event comes the inaugural Cork & Fork. Join us for this food and wine tasting event featuring Miami’s hottest chefs, local restaurants and international wines combined for two days of unrivaled culinary tastings, intimate cooking demos, exclusive book signings and live entertainment. The event will take place on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 1 p.m. and Sunday, March 6, 2016 at 7 p.m. on Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Miracle Mile.

Participating Chefs include Chef Doreen Colondres, Chef James Tahhan, Chef Eileen Andrade, Chef Phil Bryant, Chef Miguel Hernandez, Chef Miguel Rebolledo and many more.

Participating Restaurants are BULLA, The Local Craft Food & Drink, Pisco y Nazca, Sabores, Finka, Ikura Sushi Lounge, Morton’s Steak House, Talavera, La Taberna Giralda, Cafe Vialetto, Mesa Mar, among others.

 

 

 

Available Sessions:

Session 1: Saturday, March 5 from 1-4 pm –  Hosted by Chef Eileen from Finka

Session 2: Saturday, March 5 from 7-10 pm –  Hosted by Chef Doreen from The Kitchen Doesn’t Bite

Session 3: Sunday, March 6 from 11 am-2 pm –  Hosted by Chef Phil Bryant from The Local Craft Food & Drink

Session 4: Sunday, March 6 from 4-7 pm –  Hosted by Chef James from Sabores 

***All attendees must be 21+
