Trust & Co. is hiring FOH and BOH positions


Trust & Company is a neighborhood upscale-casual bar and restaurant inspired by the trust and integrity of the early 20th century. Many speakeasies, gin mills, barrelhouses, public houses, gastropubs and prohibition style watering holes have set the stage during a time when service was paramount and standards were a true guideline to a successful business and reputation in the hospitality world.

The visual sensation of a throwback time with an industrial-chic ambiance built with brick and mortar, iron and steel. A place with a true foundation for a firm and long lasting community relationship, showcasing locally sourced items like fresh seafood and produce while offering a global menu always evolving and seasonal freshness.
Showcasing 10 draft and 30 craft bottle beers, a monumental bourbon, whiskey and scotch selection, as well as a full bar. Trust and Company always paying homage to a time of substance, when menu and cocktail were a measure of the pride driven professions of the bartender and the chef alike.

*** Barback
2-3 years experience bar-backing with high-volume experience helpful. This is the most skilled position in FOH. Multitasking a must, team leader, follows direction and can anticipate needs of co-workers! Hard work and heavy lifting required.

2-5 years experience serving with high volume and great customer service skills! Smart casual atmosphere with diverse menu including large selection of seafood as well as prime meat, chicken and house made pasta dishes. Bar and food knowledge required, quiz for all positions to be passed for all hires. Passion for the hospitality business will get you far with this company! NO LAZY PEOPLE!!

*Food Runner/ Kitchen Assistant
1-3 years experience required, working knowledge of plating, expo, and open expose kitchen etiquette! No Rookies! Experience form FOH a plus, understanding of floor plans and sense of urgency to preform. People skills required, guest interaction and multitasking involved. Must work well with TEAM, communicate and take direction efficiently!

*Hostess/ Host
1-3 years experience required, ability to work well under pressure and multitask! This is one the most skilled positions in the hospitality business!
Seeking attractive, intelligent, well spoken, and accommodating personalities to be self motivated, team oriented and above all passionate about the guests experience from start to finish!!!
Opentable and PC experience required., flexible schedule, phone skills a plus.

**Line Cooks
2-3 years experience minimum, eager to evolve and must have a passionate integrity for everything food! Applicants will be required to lead by example and have ability to work in a fast paced environment!
Late night positions, (NOT OVERNIGHT).
