Ceviche is the perfect summer food. Sorry pizza, it’s just not your time of year. Ok, ok, it’s always time for pizza but the combination of the heat and the humidity, the sun and the sweat means it’s time for a food that’s as fresh and protein-packed as ceviche. Peruvian ceviche, served with sweet potato and choclo, is a food that will fill you with energy and cool you down at the same time. Sounds perfect, right?
