Italian Artisan Market at the Gables Museum
Just when you thought market season was coming to a close in South Florida, the Coral Gables Museum and Societa Dante Alighieri invite you to enjoy an open-air European-styled market on the Museum Piazza (Plaza) on the first Saturday of each month: April 6, May 4 and June 4.
In celebration of the Year of Italian Culture in the United States, the markets are themed as the Mercato Italiano…but the markets will feature much, much more than just Italian goodies.
Artisan foods, antiques, crafts, photography and art, fresh produce, flowers, fashion items, great music, Italian wines and more will be featured.
You are invited to have breakfast or lunch under a cool umbrella table and enjoy a beautiful shopping experience on the Museum’s Piazza at the Mercato Italiano. The Piazza is located in front of the Museum’s Robert and Marian Fewell Gallery at the corner of Salzedo Street and Giralda Avenue in the heart of downtown Coral Gables.
